For any issues, Roma Cabinet will assess the product and determine if the warranty applies. Following the Purchase Date, the warranty period begins. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, outdoor use, or damage from misuse or abuse. Color match is not guaranteed as cabinets may change over time.

“SOLID WOOD SHAKER” LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY—1 YEAR RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL

At Roma Cabinet, our limited warranty policy covers both residential and commercial use for a period of one year. It is important to note that any alterations made to the hardware structure will void this warranty. The product must be used only for its intended purpose to be eligible for coverage.

This warranty does not apply if the cabinet or any of its components have been modified, improperly installed, or damaged in any way before or during installation. Additionally, if the cabinet is used for anything other than normal residential applications, the warranty will be void. Damage caused by improper handling, storage, chemicals, abrasives, extreme temperatures (temperatures outside the range of 50-85°F range and humidity outside the range of 30-55% are considered extreme), or neglect is also not covered.

Please be aware that natural wood characteristics such as color, grain patterns, and knots may vary and change over time. Changes in color or visible cracks around joints are considered normal wear and tear and are not considered defects covered by this warranty.

Factors like sunlight, household cleaners, and environmental conditions may affect the appearance of the cabinet over time. Variations in color and surface integrity due to these factors are not covered under this warranty.

Furthermore, gaps and minor cracks may occur in wood cabinets due to the natural expansion and contraction of the material in response to changes in humidity and temperature. These occurrences are not considered defects and are not covered by the limited warranty.

In conclusion, it is important to understand that wood is a living material that will continue to adjust to its surroundings over time. Minor cracks and changes in appearance are part of the natural aging process of wood cabinets and are not covered under our limited warranty.
